Building Hope Through Education in Syria

In partnership with local NGOs, ADRA Syria has rebuilt three elementary schools damaged during the war, giving 1,200 children access to a safe learning environment. Each school was equipped with trauma-informed support staff, new supplies, and after-school programs focused on literacy, play, and peacebuilding. “Education is not just a right—it’s a path to healing,” said Amira, one of ADRA’s education coordinators. “These children are not just students. They are the future.”

Bringing Clean Water to Rural Madagascar

ADRA has completed the installation of 12 solar-powered water pumps across remote villages in southern Madagascar. These pumps now provide clean drinking water to over 8,000 people who previously relied on seasonal rain collection and unsafe surface water.
